Thank you!!! I just read this whole thread waiting for someone to say something. I also noticed that they kept her VERY quiet. I wonder if it was A LOT of editing or if they just told her to SHUT UP!!!!

I was wondering what was up with Paula too. Actually, I really dont think she liked Jewel too much...she gave her a dirty look when she got up at the end and didnt say a word to her. Tomorrow night it looks like she is back to her old self, rambling away again.
I really liked the army girl..I think she will definately grow on me.

They spent WAY too much time on some of the contestants and it was getting a little boring.
The girl with the long curly hair was amazing. So was the "crackbaby"- hate to refer to her that way, but that's how I remember her.
Paula was very subdued...I agree that I don't think she liked Jewel stealing her thunder.
Can't wait for tonight!!!

I agree the girl with the very long curly hair was very good.
Alot of them were train wrecks. I think people are trying to be the next William Hung or something.
Tonight show looks a little scary. LOTS of freakies in Seattle.

I got a little bored during last night's episode. I think they give each of the "loser" contestants too much camera time now. Small doses are quite enough! For example, I thought that the "I need a glass of water" guy and the juggling guy were never, never going to leave the stage!

I agree-they only showed a handful of people. I'd rather see more people and spend less time with each. And of course, they took so many commercial breaks.

We were amazed at the number of people who showed up, and only 17 made it! 
Is there any pre-screening, there's no way the four of them saw 10,000 people that day, is there??
