TTC vent
my CBEFM and my OPK show that I'm going to ovulate really soon. I told DH we had to BD last night but he told me he was too tired? Really? I'm the one going through all the blood tests, taking my temperature every morning, POAS every morning and keeping track of my chart and all you have to do is BD and you're too tired?? Man the he!l up! I'm pretty sure I can feel myself ovulating and I am fuming...and drinking.
Ok vent over, thanks.

Re: TTC vent
TTC can be a very frustrating journey. I use to get so at DH when he said he was too tired. Of course he would also be too tired around the time I was Oing. I use to get so upset with him but then I realized that wasnt a solution to the problem. There were a few months when I just had to let it go...I was very upset but I cant pressure him. Why dont you try being seductive...trying luring him into sex instead of telling him you have to have it? Sometimes men also feel pressured when they know they have to preform.

Re: TTC vent
I bet he is nervous about not being able to finish because he is tired. Ok, this is pretty personal, but I have a one word solution for your DH (porn). Trust me it will wake him up. He needs to understand that if he wants to be a dad, he must do it when you say so..just let him do it his way.

Re: TTC vent
A male friend of mine would vent to me about him and his wife's journey TTC. He would always say how he would get frustrated at how much of a "job" it became trying to have a baby, and how he would like to have sex just for sex and not a baby all the time. I guess we sometimes should try and understand how they feel as well. Do you have sex at other times, not just when you are o'ing? You don't have to answer that...just giving you some advise. Maybe try being more romantic...men want romance too sometimes. Maybe not as often as women, but I can understand thier side too. My DH and I just BD when i'm o'ing for the most part...don't want to "waste" any good sperm but I kind of "act" as if I want him, but I am actually O'ing, he just doesn't know it!!!
