OPK's, Temping, MMC, other?

Sorry, I don't know what MMC is. I thought I knew what it was, but in this context I think I'm wrong.
We are just using digital OPK's (this is my first month trying them), and BD'ing pretty regularly. Around the time I think I'm going to O we increase the frequency of our . We used preseed this month too.
It's only our 2nd month since we officially started, so I'm not getting to crazy yet.

Sorry MMC is MyMonthlyCycle. It's a ovulation predictor based on your last period. So it's really not using anything per say, more like tracking.

Right now we are just as normal. My cycles have been a little whacky since coming off of BC, so if it doesn't happen in a few months, I may try OPK's.
For instance, FF said I ovulated on 3.23 but I had O pains (I think) Saturday and Sunday and I've been super crampy since then.

We did two months of just whatever, and nothing. Last month we used just OPKs, nothing.
This month, OPKs, EWCM, Fertility Friend, Preseed, EPO and I switch my normal womens multi to the one that has the reproductive herbal blend in it (simiar to fertilaid.) and temping plus "Deannas Plan"

I was using OPK and Preseed for the past few months. This month I'm using CBEFM along with Preseed and Deanna's Plan.

Trying when I notice ewcm and using a digital opk. I'm using an opk under doctor's orders but since I'll know when I'm ovulating I may as well try Deanna's Plan. I might invest in pre-seed.
I am trying to keep ttc off of my mind but I'm not really doing a good job because I am here posting with you wonderful girls! I think I did let loose a bit since last cycle which is a good thing. Last month was my first time trying again and I was very stressed and felt a lot of pressure because I got pregnant on the first try last time.
I'm starting to feel more accepting of everything that has happened so I'm hoping that helps. I'm starting to feel like I am in less of a rush to get pregnant so my mindset is a little different this month.

I voted MMC, I basically approximate when I will O, but we just BD every other day so we wont miss it. My periods are extremely regular so I base everything on Day 14, if it doesnt work out for us soon, I'll probably start to chart

EWCM = egg white cervical mucous- the way your CM looks during your most fertile time.
Our method was to have no method! 
Seriously though, when I got PG with DC1, it took 6 months. That 6th month was the first month I didn't use OPK's didn't count days or anything. We just when the mood struck us. The human body really is such a perfect creation- I realized if we just listened to our bodies, they would do their thing. (Barring any medical/fertility issues, of course) Women get a surge in libido during their most fertile time, those pheromones get sent out, the EWCM helps the sperm to go where it needs to go, and stress only complicates things. So this time around, I promised myself I wouldn't do any tracking or anything. I wouldn't worry about how many times we or didn't. I would just let nature take it's course. Also, I made a conscious effort after each time to just lay there with my eyes closed and breathe and relax and enjoy the moment. We got PG in our first month trying

Thanks for explaining. I know that you are 100% right about just letting nature takes its course and not worrying too much. It's just hard to try to not add extra stress.
I finally saw my CM last month (which I think is the reason why I am out this month), we BD'd the day after peak CM which according to everything I read was "too late". Ok I'll get off my  now.

I chose other because Im using OPK, temping (using FF) and occasional I use monthlycycles.com
