TTC Change Your Attitude?
Hi All! I had a really rough day yesterday! I am 9DPO today and just really confused about my cycle as AF is due Thursday!
Anyhow, I tested yesterday morning and knew I shouldn't, got a BFN and went to work in the worst mood ever!!! It was a long day as it is, it was a Monday and then there was ME in such a bad mood!
This morning, I am trying to feel a little bit better but this waiting game this month really took a toll on my attitude!
Everyone kept asking, "Are you ok?" I felt like screaming "NO! I am NOT OK! I am 8DPO, no signs of AF or a BFP and I tested and got a BFN!"
Somebody tell me I am not crazy please!!!

Your not crazy!
For myself, I have always been a "regular" gal and then as soon as both DH and I are all excited and ready to TTC, my entire cycle screws up. Now I have no idea when to count my first CD or any day for that matter. So after having a long talk with my hubby, I took a HUGE deep breath and now I'm just "letting things happen".
Take a HUGE deep breath.....today, tomorrow are all new days!

Awww...
Try to focus on getting a BFP LATER in the week. Say to yourself, let me do "this" now because I will probably not be able to in a couple of days because I will have a BFP.
"This" can be anything from eating sushi to having a glass of wine.
Works for me anyway

8 DPO is way early to test. Take a deep breath and concentrate on getting through the week. I wouldn't test before 12 dpo.

TTC can really take a toll on you! It can consume every part of your life and make you feel bad when you feel like it's not working. Your feelings are totally normal.

I know how hard it is. But only 5% of women test positive at 8dpo, and something like 95% will test positive by 12dpo. Remember after conception, it takes about a week for the egg to travel down the tube and implant in uterus, and then it has to burrow itself in there and start producing hcg - and then it takes a few days after that to have enough hcg in your system to test positive on an hpt. Good luck!

Sorry you're feeling blue :( We're all going through this emotional (and physical) roller coaster ride. Who would have thought that this would be such a process - but you know what...the day you DO get that BFP..nothing else is going to matter and all that waiting and hoping will make that day all the more special!
to you sweetie!

Sending lots of your way. You are certainly not alone in your feelings of frustration and anticipation. The 2ww stinks. Plain and simple.

This is exactly what happend to me - Now I'm told I have a 'mild' case of PCO ........it's very frustrating when you have to pay attention to every little thing and count and determine when to freakin have sex !!! It absoutely can get to you !!
