TTC and Sick
Quick question--- I usually ovulate somplace around CD 17 or 18. I have had a bad cold since CD 13 or so (and its ongoing--- its the cold that will NOT end grrrr), and now am on CD 19, and never got a positive on the OPK. I'm assuming that my bad cold has thrown my cycle completely off and when I get better, maybe I'll ovulate then. Any thoughts? Do you think I'll just skip ovulating altogether? anybody get sick mid-cycle and then just ovulate later (and get AF later then too)?

it could be throwing your cycle off, or maybe you just missed your surge? Hope you get a positive OPK soon!

I would say I missed it, except I usually show a positive for 2-3 days - so its pretty hard to miss usually! (and also have cramping, which I havent had). Fingers crossed! :)

Ok-- I didnt miss it! Got a positive OPK this morning--- guess my cold just pushed it a few days and since I'm finally starting to feel a bit better, I guess this makes sense.

honestly I don't think it would interfere your cycle might be a slightly off but not by a whole lot. My suggestion is to  I had a horrible cold on my fertile days and I got pregnant currently 6 weeks (estimated) good luck
