TTC and feeling weird about it
Well I am kind of TTC for only this month so that I can have a baby before taking the BAR, being that after the BAR I will go job hunting and no one is going to hire a pregnant lady  So if I don't get pregnant this month it can be years till we TTC. I have been of the pills since January and we just have been real careful. How do you ladies do it? Is it possible to get pregnant this month? I kind of feel weird that its like a race for me and win or fail...lol
DH laughs at the thought of this being "work" instead of something more natural like an "oops"...lol
I have not gotten AF since 8/1 and I spotted 2 days ago and it went away. I have gotten cramps these past 2 days, and we started trying about a week ago. Do you think I have any chance?
This would be our first baby....so I know I will freak out once I know I am pregnant but in the meantime it kind of feels like a game and I feel silly...lol

sorry i don't have any real advice for you. Its hard to say if you have a chance unless you know if you  around ovulation.
just wanted to wish you luck!! I can totally imagine it being tough to have the extra pressure of only having 1 mth to conceive. I hope it was a lucky month for you!!

I have no idea...AF has been so irregular since April! But thank you! I just hope for the best ....but wish I had decided much sooner!

i agree it's hard to say when AF is irregular, but it doesn't have to be years... if you get a job next year you only need to work for 1 full year to be eligible for FMLA BUT many law firms have great maternity leave policies (especially in NYC) so you might not have to worry about waiting.

thank you so much !! I am just worried about the length in time finding a job in this economy (I have a job; just mean a law related job).

I think if I were you I would def use a digital OPK to make sure if the opportunity arises that you take full advantage. You can BD whenever the mood strikes in the mean time without feeling like you have to do it everyday this month.

I agree it's hard to tell when you're unlcear of when you are O. I wish you luck this month.. HAVE FUN!!
One piece of advice (and I only give it because I WISH someone had given it to me) is that it's nearly impossible to plan when it will happen....Everyone is different but do what feels right for you... just try to enjoy the process! You have so much to look forward to!!!
