TTC and excercise
Is it ok for me to continue intense excercise while TTC? Can it hurt my chances? I take 2-3 cycling classes and 2 strength classes a week.

I work out religously as well and i plan on asking the Dr. if it is okay to continue working out when i go next week but i dont see how it can hurt while you are trying.

i thought i saw online exercise is ok- as long as its what you normally do- once you are pregnant there are certain no no's- like horseback riding- cycling is ok- they just say if you are on a bike they just dont want you to fall off- and if jogging not too much of a jarring motion

I exercised when I was TTC and we conceived. You are fine. Just don't overdo it.

I still want to shed pounds and plan on going back to the gym. I read as long as you don't overdo it, you will be fine. In fact, I read that exercise during pregnancy, no matter how early is beneficial to the little one!
