TTC and BFing?
I have had AF on a regular basis since DD was 3 months old. DD is now 12 months old and DH and I would like to start trying for #2. I am still EBFing DD. Does BFing interfere with TTC?

I heard as long as you're menstruating, then you can conceive regardless of whether you're EBF.

it didn't stop me 
as long as you are getting your period on a regular basis you should be fine.

I got pregnant while breastfeeding too. My ds was still nursing every 1.5-2 hours around the clock and I got pregnant with dd. Once af returns then you can go for it :)

Wasn't exactly planned...
But I continued from when I found out at 6 months until my DD was 1 yr old!

With DS1 I got AF back at 6 months and we started TTC when he was between 9-10 months - got PG first try and I continued to nurse until I was 16 wks PG
With DS2 I literally weaned when I got my last AF. He was 14 + months and that was my plan, and my supply dipped around AF so I just stopped then - I was PG that cycle and had only really tried the month before for the first time. AF had returned with him around 8 months PP

I got pregnant while BF. It certaintly wasn't planned at all. It actually was one time ! I was getting a period here and there and had long cycles bc of still BFing. DS was 11 months old at the time. I nursed him until he was 15 months and I was 17 weeks preggo.

Did you have to be creative with holding the baby when BFing?
I would assume the bump would be somewhat in the way...
