TTC advice (for future ref)
Ok so I am 1 year away from starting the TTC part of my life. What should or shouldn't I be doing in the next year?
So far:
I am changing my diet (more healthy foods)
I am increasing my exercise
Any thing else??

You may also want to cut back on caffeine and alcohol.
About 3-6 months before start a prenatal.
Get a thorough checkup from you ob-gyn.

Please get a exam from your GP too.
Before I became pregnant, I got a full head to toe exam from my internist, mammogram, and bloodwork.

Bloodwork to see if all your shots are up to date. My rubella vacine from when I was a child was no longer in my systema nd I had to take it again at least 6 months before trying to concieve
