TTC ?
Hello Ladies,
Maybe someone can help In March of this year they believed that I had an ectopic pregnancy although they could not prove that because I was so early. So they had me take a test called the HSG on tuesday and my results came back normal there was nothing wrong with my tubes they were clear. So my dr told me I can start trying again. Did any one have an ectopic and they tubes were clear after taking the test which means I probably might have had a miscarriage instead of an ectopic is that possible since the dr could not tell me. I am just wondering? If this was case for you how long after knowing your tubes were clear did you get pregnant. Just curious

Re: TTC ?
it really depends.. some people are just more fertile than others.. you may have no problems at all. after i had my HSG to make sure my tubes were clear..it took me 2 years of trying, clomid and progesterone to get pregnant with my first.. and i was only 22. then it took 2 more years to get pregnant with #2.. i wasn't even trying to get pregnant with the third and i was only 1 month off the birth control pill and now i am trying 7 months for the forth with no success. hopefully you won't have any problems at all!

Re: TTC ?
hi - i have a comment and question -- it seems strange that dr cant exlain to u what happened. did u get a + preg test? How early was it? I know my friend's ectopic hurt like heck and then surgery was required since it had to be removed out of tube. You could have an ectopic then miscarried, which seems to not have done any damage. since it wasnt growing in the right place. did any dr mention a chemical pregnancy? do some research on that. why dont u get a 2nd opinion from a new dr, explain the whole thing and see his take. well its great news that your tubes are clear and your dr doesnt seem too concerned. Now regarding hsg - i just got one on thurday and i know u are allowed to try again the same month- my question is, is the radiation ok to start trying right away? i know people say they had "hsg babies" but does anyone know how safe the radiation from the hsg is?
