TTC & off BC
Quick ? here ladies.
my cousin got off the pill 3 months ago, adn they've been TTC since.
This month AF was due last sunday and nothing... she tested sun, mon and yesterday and BFN + no AF.
My sis visted her obgyn yesterday and asked about my cousin... and the doc said that she probably didnt ovulate this month, thats why no AF and BFN.
Has anyoen heard of this?
ALso does anyone know if there is a set time of how long it takes your hormones and cycles to get into a schedule after coming off BC?

I have heard of not o'ing ... she should have her own ob do blood work and see if that is the case... she could have just O'd late which would cause AF to be late

the first month off BC for me was a long cycle and i was always regular (28-29 days)......so its possible she O'd late. But if she's worried she should def go to her doctor

i think it's pretty normal to be irregular after coming off BC. My friend went off and never got AF - her dr. eventually (after 6 months I think) had to give her something... provera?... to bring it on.
has she never gotten it since she stopped? or just this month? she might just need her cycles to regulate a little more.

yes shes had it 2x already and regular 28 days.

I have been on BC for 6 months and I have only really been regular for the last 2 cycles. It takes awhile.
