trying to sell my mother's SUV..a few questions
My mother recently passed away and I am trying to sell her truck. I ran the NADA value, and it is under mileage and in good condition.
I will certainly take a lot less than what it's worth, but I dont want to get taken advantage of.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what Chevy dealer or other dealer I should bring it to? Is it better to sell it privately? Thank you.

It is absolutely better to sell privately. And using NADA guides is your best bet. If you bring it to a dealer, they will give you less so they have room to service it and clean it, and then sell it for a profit!
Good Luck. Sorry to hear about your mom

Craigslist is a good place. We've bought a car from there.
However for less stress, I'd probably just sell it to CarMax and walk away.
Good Luck and sorry for your loss.

Re: trying to sell my mother's SUV..a few questions
I'm so sorry for your loss.
I had a 07 chevy Tahoe and sold it a few months ago. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of privately selling it so I took it to a few chevy dealers to get a few quotes. The place that gave me the best deal was the dealer on Sunrise in Bayshore, I think that they are now Atlantic auto. I dealt with Bill, it was a rather good experience.
Good luck.
