Trying a new recipe tonight - Lemon Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
from Martha Stewart. It's in the oven now, I will update with a review after dinner!

Update: Chicken was delicious, potatoes were mushy and too lemon-y. Next time I wouldn't boil them first, I'd just put them right into the oven, and use fewer lemon slices.
