Need a chicken recipe for dinner tonight

DH usually cooks but he's working late tonight. I have chicken, cream of chicken and mushroom soups, chicken broth, and mixed veggies. What the heck can I make? I checked allrecipes.com and got nowhere.

TIA!

Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup butter
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1 container (8 ounces) sour cream

Directions:

Stir the flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper on a plate. Coat the chicken with the paprika mixture.

Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.

Stir the soup and green onions in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the sour cream.

Tip: Serve with a rice blend, steamed cut green beans and carrot slices

I'd honestly skip the canned soup and make a clean balsamic glazed chicken or simple chicken Francese.

Do you have rice or pasta?
You could make a casserole.

Cook the chicken in a large skillet.
In a seperate pot, boil rice/pasta.
COmbine the cooked veggies, rice/pasta, and cream of whatever soup. You can cut the chicken into chunks in the rice/veggie mixture or have them whole.

If you have parmesan to top it, thats good too.

ed: Similar to this recipe, but substitute what you have:
Why I love the Kraft website

or if you have any Mozzerella

Campbell's Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

(I throw in a packet of Goya Sazon seasoning as well - if you don't have that I'm sure any add'l seasoning is fine)

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 1/3 cups water
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat the oven to 375°F. Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover the baking dish.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Top with the cheese. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes. Stir the rice before serving.
