True Tori Anyone?

I actually stayed up and watched it last night, which is exceptional because I am usually in bed so much earlier.

I don't know what to think. I fell she is a genuine person who truly wants to save her marriage but I cannot accept the fact that if her marriage doesn't work out she will be your typical single mother with 4 kids.

I was trying very hard to feel bad for her, but just could not get over the fact for such a private matter she had cameras all around. I just feel bad for her kids that they may have to see episodes of this someday. Of course what he did was terrible, but she is publicly doing it to the father of her children which IMO should be private.

I watched and felt bad for her. I think she truly wants her marriage to work for her kids but I don't think she will ever truly trust him. I thought she was skeletal looking and I could believe she had no help in her house. I thought at least a babysitter for the morning. I think friends influence you to an extent and I'm sure they are thinking get rid of him I never liked him, found his nude tattoos of her on him weird.

I watched a clip of it and I honestly don't think this guy knows how to live off the camera. His comment about it being "insatiable" and equating his sex drive to drugs, alcohol did not seem genuine and were overly dramatic for the sake of the camera.

I watched. I felt bad for her. She looks like a great mom very hands on. She may have 5 nannies behind the scenes though, who knows lol

I watched last night. I find it fascinating but 1. I am a psychologist so I am interested in understanding the dynamics of personality and relationships, 2. My ex DH cheated on me so I have a personal interest.

I think Tori is desperate for money and acceptance. It is known that she did not get much financially or emotionally from her Dad and Mom. She has moved many times and it is said to be because of financial difficulties. That all being said, she also said she has always felt misunderstood by the public. She also tried to get her Daddy's acceptance growing up. And, as someone who was cheated on, I wanted people to know the truth about my ex. Healthy or not, It validated who I believed I was and the pain he caused me. Now, I didn't go on a reality show and would never but that isn't my world. It's "normal" for her to be on camera (plus there is financial gain). As a psychologist I don't see it being in her (or her children's) best emotional interest to do the show but this is a woman who is clearly in a lot of pain who is begging the world and her husband for acceptance. I hope she gets in her own therapy and learns to love herself first and then decides to dump his A$$!

I truly don't think this was the ONLY time he cheated in their 7 year marriage. Especially if he has an addiction.
I also think her "girl" friends were not of any help and not very supporting.
It seems she is in shock right now and when she finally sits down and processes all of this, she will have a nervous breakdown. She will need her friends at that time.

Wow, where to begin. I wanted to feel bad for her and part of me did, but then I would come right back to the fact that how you get them is how you lose them. SHE was the other woman who broke up a marriage with a child involved.

I think the whole thing was just sad watching on so many levels. She was desperate for acceptance and to please people. It was hard to watch. Not wanting to say certain things to upset dean.

I doubt this was the only time he cheated. This is just the only time he got caught.

I feel horrible for her kids who will have this out there for their whole lives. I understand though that no matter what this is out there bc of who she is and the tabloids, etc, but she is taking it to another level.

As far as dean not being satisfied with her, my gd! she has 4 kids under the age of 6.

Ahh I started out feeling very sorry for her - and still do - but I think her husband is such a d-bag!! First of all I feel like he is just so full of crap, constantly acting for the cameras, and I love that he named his "alter ego" "Deano"... I feel like he is pretending he's some kind of victim here, first denying he cheated, then admitting it when he was caught and then takes off for "treatment" and leaves her to care for 4 little kids alone for 3 months! I just find him to be very selfish and manipulative. I understand how she feels though, she feels like she has no good options.

I didn't watch it. But I didn't like him from the beginning. He seemed like such a sleazy ball and looks like a drug addict. And didn't care for her either after the things she said about the ex wife. Who I'm sure is eating all this up right now.

ETS: And to not think about your kids during all this. And put it all out there is extremely selfish in my book. This is a private matter. Keep it private for your kids sake. It's bad enough the stories are out there. They don't need to see this too. Just because YOU want to know all the details of his affair doesn't mean you kids want to or need to.

Btw I just remembered... Dude has ANOTHER kid from his wife who he left for Tori, and the kid is up in Canada while he's down in CA playing the happy family with Tori and their 4 kids.

Big red flags went up when she said she slept with him so soon after having baby#3 and got pregnant again too soon and had major medical complications... All because she worried about keeping him satisfied. I figured this day would come. Also I absolutely believe it could all be a hoax, a lot of the show seemed very scripted and staged to me.
