Triphasic chart
I am hoping you ladies can help me make sense of this: I am 13 dpo. FF said today that my chart is "possibly triphasic" on 10 dpo. My temps have been going up and up, with no dip whatsoever.
Since this is my first month charting, my question is if you are going to get AF, when do your temps start to dip? I have taken two hpt's (10 dpo & today), both were BFN. I thought triphasic was a good sign?

Triphasic is generally a good sign but not a guarantee.
Your temp will drop either the day before the or the day AF shows.

My chart was triphasic the month I got a BFP. When I would get my period my temps would dip that morning. I could tell with in hours that AF would be here.

FF told me my chart was possibly triphasic this month as well - it dipped about 12DPO, went back up again and they removed the "possible triphasic"
