Traveling on a Plane 2nd trimester
So hubby and I are taking our babymoon! Im 24 weeks and will be 26 weeks when I travel... I have a 3 hour flight and I am just curious if anyone has recommendations to stay comfy...
Anything I should watch for? Any concerns I should have? This is new to me so any advice about about traveling in the 2nd trimester would be appreciated!

I have a 6 hour flight coming up in a few weeks and plan to walk around and stretch as much as possible. Stay hydrated and ask for a pillow for support for your back.

Get up every hour and walk around. Also elevate your feet of you can while siting. I traveled at 24 weeks and I can't even begin to tell you how swollen I was from the plane bc I didn't move around. Also drink a ton of water!!!!

Walk the isle's when you can ~ If you can't get up too much take your feet and draw the ABC's (A-Z) on each side! Drink LOTS of water!!!

I'm actually leaving tonight on a 5 hour flight and Im 29 weeks. Buy and wear compression socks. Book a middle row aisle seat and get up every hour to walk the aisle or go to the bathroom. Drink plenty of water and my Dr. told me low sodium hig protein diet. Wear comfortable clothes! have a great trip!
