Traveling/bringing formula?
We may be going to Fla. My granddaughter drinks RTF. My daughter uses 8 oz travel bottles if she's going to be out for a little , but would you bring the 32oz with you or would you just buy some when you get there? There are plenty of stores where we're going (target, walmart, etc) so I'm thinking it would be easier and a little lighter not to bring the formula with her. We'll be staying with my mom in her condo. My daughter tried giving her powdered and she had some really loose BM. Ped said it could be from the transition. She put her back on RTF because next week is her Christening and doesnt want to take a chance having an explosion in her dress! She may to transition her back to powder after the Christening.

depends on where you're staying. the 32oz is easier but you need to refrigerate it after opening. so if you don't have access to a fridge within about an hour of opening take the 8oz bottles or buy them there.

could you just order the 8 oz travel ones and have them delivered to your mom's house? This is what I plan on doing when I go to my aunt's in florida in september

This is a great idea! We just came bback from FL and stayed with family and some things we needed for our DS we ordered on Amazon (2-day delivery w/ Prime) and had delivered there; worked out perfect. We used to get our RTF formula from Amazon, much cheaper than the store, we never used powdered.
