Tracking DPO
Do you count the day after your surge as 1DPO or the second day? So I got surge last Wednesday 8/5, what DPO would I be now?

Although techically you may not O until the 2nd day after your + OPK, I would probably count the day after your + as 1DPO.
So with that in mind, if you got a + OPK on 8/5, then I'd say today is 9DPO.
