Assuming the rules havent changed since DH was young, you go to the beach, show proof of residency (license/registration and/or perhaps a utility bill), pay a $50 fee and they slap a sticker on the window of your car.

I would also suggest the TOBAY website.

Re: Town of Oyster Bay

I believe you can pick it up at the town hall in Massapequa. We went there earlier in the season and tried to do this, but they said it was too early. I'm sure you can do it now.

You can get it at John Burns Park, town hall, or the beach. Bring your registration and license, it is $50. You go to Tobay the same way you would go to Jones just stay on ocean parkway till you see the turnaround for Tobay

Take the SSP West to the Wantagh, take the Wantagh south. Pass all the booths for Jones, go 3/4 of the way around the lighthouse thing, and stay on that road all the way til you see signs for Tobay, you'll make a Uturn to get to it.

Re: Town of Oyster Bay

Can you use the pass for all the TOB beaches? There are a few great beaches in Sea Cliff and the Teddy Roosevelt beach in Oyster Bay. Are those included too?

My DL has the correct address, but my car is registered under DH old address in a different town. I guess I wouldn't be able to buy the pass??

I don't think so...registration has to show that car is registered in Town of Oyster Bay.

Also, FYI, when you go to buy a pass I think they only take cash (at least at John Burns park).

That's correct. I just got the summer mailer and that's what it says to do.
