home for sale - for real this time!
**I have the house posted in the real estate section of this site!!**
ok, unfortunately, for those who even knew i was trying, i have decided not to keep my home. too many obstacles and id like to move on and start fresh ASAP!
therefore, we will be listing with a broker. before we do, which will be in the next week or so, we are offering it to people we know, which now includes you all at a lower price 
we are asking 365K now, which we will probably up to around 380K with a broker.
once again, it is a levitt cape. completely redone on the inside.
anyone interested, please FM me and ill provide and more details, pictures, etc, that you would like.
cross your fingers for me again all....

I have a friend that is renting in levittown that might be interested. Are there more rooms that can be made into bedrooms? She has two kids so she wants three bedrooms.
It is a lovely house & decorated perfectly.
I'm sure you'll sell it easily.
