Totally TMI question
So ive been reading on here and in general that its not good to "abstain" for a while because then the sperm are no good. Since we don't bd during af and this month was really busy i am now on CD10 and we have not bd'd since the day before af (11 days ago) - well today i have ewcm (SO SORRY TMI) and i am worried about this. My question is - do you ladies bd b/w end of af and fertile period always or is this ok?

ust BD today Do you ever O on CD 10 if not once he "releases" tonight you're good to go. Also don't worry about all the tings you read. if you DH has a normal sperm count it is probably fine. He can also "take care of himself" when you have AF to avoid this issue

Thank you! Honestly, I have no clue when I O - this is month number two of trying and month number one of using OPKs so I guess I will have more of an idea after this month but, this morning the OPK didn't show a smiley face, so that means no O right now - but I do have EWCM --- ay yai yai this is so darn confusing!
At any rate, next month during your af i am going to implement your advice
