If your LO had torticolis how old was he when he started PT? Were there any other interventions?

Re: Torticolis
The ped noticed the beginning signs of it in one of my sons around 3 months old. We were told to do a few different things-alternate which arm we fed him with for every feeding which would force his neck in a different direction. We were also told to alternate which position to put him in the crib (basically switch where his head and feet were each night) and we bought the noggin nest. A month later he was fine but we followed these things to a T.

Torticolis
My first DD got it from sleeping in the rock and play every night. As soon as we stopped letting her sleep in there all night, it cleared up on its own within a month or two so we never needed to do PT.
Now we only let DD #2 sit in the rock in play during the day when she's awake and not for that long of a time

Re: Torticolis
My son was about 4 months old when he started PT and continued to go until just after his 2nd birthday. He had a very severe case which led to plagiocephaly and needed a helmet for 5 months. He's 4 now and you can't tell that he had it (except he still tilts when overly tired but even then only I can tell).

Re: Torticolis
My daughter started PT at 3 months. She went for 3 months and her PT was amazing!! She gave us exercises to do, which I will admit were heartbreaking to do. She also told us to let her nap on her belly, and not keep her in car seat or bouncer for long. We also had something for her car seat so her head was always in a straight position. Fm me if you want PT name.

My DD was about 6 weeks old when we started PT. She had an incredible therapist. Today, you'd never know there had ever been a problem.
