Toning/flattening mid section
After having my second baby I still feel like I look bloated or about 2-3 months preggo. I don't think I have fat necessarily to lose but I need to tone my middle. Any suggestions??? I am so exhausted most nights and I have a few dvds but the thought of putting them in after a full day of work and putting the kids to bed is just too tiring. I guess I am looking for something a little more fun to do.

You can't exercise specific areas to get slimmer. The best thing would be to do cardio and core workouts as well as cutting back on certain foods. Less sodium will help with the bloat.

I am not really looking to get slimmer, I am fairly thin, I just want to have my abs go back to where they were. They seem to stick out still, and they seperated while I was pregnant. Also, I am not bloated, but that is what it looks like, but only cause my abs are where they are.
I also want to add that I am EBFing so I can't cut out calories.

Re: Toning/flattening mid section
I love hot yoga as well for toning. My mid-section is my biggest problem as well.
If you can make the time committment you will see good results. That's the hardship though!
It seems like no matter how hard I try, I am lucky if I can get there 2 times per week. (It's a 90 minute class not including travel time and getting there a few minutes early to get a good spot).
I've never gone to pilates either. Both can also be pricey.
A few people have recommended Weight Watchers as well for improving stomach area.

This was (is) exactly my problem
2 kids and a tummy
I joined WW and I do pilates, zumba, toning....and after 2 months I still have more to lose but I notice (and people notice) a huge change

Re: Toning/flattening mid section
Can someone recommed a good pilates DVD? I have tummy issues as well after my two babies?
I run 2-3x per week and that helped with most of the postpartum weightloss but my belly is NOT flat anymore!
