tonight's confession.... :(
I got home from work about 8:30, opened mail that really pissed me off, then I STRESS ate my way through the fridge in 5 maybe 15 min. Cheese, turkey pepperoni, handful chocolate chips, then had the need to toast up a croissant (large one) with butter to make it extra Crispy
Confession over.
anyone else want to purge.....

after eating the dinner my husband made, I made toast, with way too much butter, and just had to bust into the baking/candy making supplies for a chocolate fix.

Hey hmmm don't be so hard on yourself. You got protein, dairy and chocolate 
I starved myself to save up for an afternoon tea at a local tea spot. Scones, finger sandwiches, crumpets, and pastries 
I decided to balance it out with a light dinner but I wanted to throw up from the thought of chicken breast so I had a huge caesar salad with chick peas, 2 big slabs of focaccia, gorgonzola and a zucchini flower fritter.
So much for balance

Everyone has a day like that. Nothing wrong with that.
I made pasta with dinner, after having it for lunch. Needed a piece of chocolate after that, then an Italian ice while watching tv.
No wonder I slept badly.

i sleep eat but last night i was FAMISHED ( 2hrs after eating steak for dinner..very late dinner btw) and my fridge is empty. I took a huge spoon of peanut butter and almost choked on it on my way back to bed

sorry!! i've done that.
if it makes you feel any better NYS is trying to hassle us for $600 in taxes that they are not owed, just because the state has no $. I got that in the mail and went out drinking

I ate gummy worms the entire way home in my uber today. What's words is that I hadn't realized I had gotten to the end of the bag. Stress eating is awesome!

Happens way too often for me lol. Yours sounded pretty good  . Tonight I had the best intentions of having some rotisserie chicken with steamed broccoli but I ended up pan frying some pierogies and they were amazing lol. Oh and then made some chocolate pudding which I didn't eat yet but plan on it (with whipped cream) later. I already feel guilty but that sadly won't stop me. I like to blame it on my period

last night i made rice krispy treats from Hofstra's blog recipe and I totally ate spoonfuls of the left overs. i packed one for work too.
that was after having bowlful of spaghetti for dinner
