Tofu recipes
so i got a block of tofu in my fridge.. trying to think a few different ways to cook it...
any receipes?

First, be sure to press the water out. I put the block between 2 plates and put something heavy on top. For about 30 minutes I drain.
I also use tofu primarily for stir fry and one thing that REALLY helps is using sesame oil.

thanks for the tip.. i have tried it out when other people take it and really like it. however, never tried cooking it myself.. thanks for the tip!
