Toddler Bday Dinner?

We are celebrating DD's 2nd bday at our home the following weekend, but DH and I, want to take her out on her actual bday for a nice little dinner. Where is a cute place for a kids dinner in the East Islip/Bay Shore area that is kid friendly? (Besides Friendlys… lol) I wish there was a Rain Forest Cafe or something

! I know she won't remember it, but I'd like to think she's having a good time at least for the time being.

Thank you!Chat Icon

Not sure if ground rounds are still around or if they are any good but when I was a very little girl I loved going to the ground round. sad that rainforest cafe doesn't still exist. Well I think there is 1 in Vegas still not that it helps. Does she have a favorite food? I'd go somewhere where she could get her favorite thing.

Is there a Dave & Busters nearby or something like that? I know the food is gross, but even Chuck E Cheese will give you the memories you're looking for.

It's a little far from where you said, but we love taking Dd to Burger Shack on Montauk Highway in Patchogue. They have plain white paper table cloths and give her crayons to color all over. They have a small kids menu that covers the basics and then kids get a free cup cake for dessert . DH loves their burgers. I'm not a big burger eater, but everything I've ordered is always good too. The waitresses are super friendly. We've taken DD their at least 5 times. She's 2.5 now.
