TMI but need advice
So for the past three days, I have had VERY heavy EWCM. It is my first month off BCP, so I guess it's expected. Today, I also had EWCM, but now I went to the bathroom and had milky/creamy CM. What does this indicate? Did I ovulate yet?
And also, did anyone else experience A LOT of EWCM their first time off the BCP?

Molst likely you are gettiong close to O. You will usually be dry by O day. BD when you see EWCM. I usually O 2-3 days after my 1st day of EWCM

LOL. I would say this is O time for you - I don't think it would show up any other time in your cycle. And you'll probably have the same amount each month...consider yourself lucky that you have such a good O indicator! Start BDing as soon as you see it and a day or two after it goes away.

LOL. I would say this is O time for you - I don't think it would show up any other time in your cycle. And you'll probably have the same amount each month...consider yourself lucky that you have such a good O indicator! Start BDing as soon as you see it and a day or two after it goes away.
I guess I am lucky that I have a very obvious physical sign of O. I just hope it stays that way (as gross as it is!).
Now, do I continue charting my temp and watch for an increase? When should I see an increase?
