TMI AF charting Question
Ok, Sorry if this is gross, but I am new to this 
when you chart day 1 of AF do you count the very 1st day there is just a little streak of light red or the first day in which there is a true flow. Again sorry if TMI

I used this site and found it helpful b/c it would do the work for me- fertility friend I would record it as spotting or light depending on the flow - then it would decide if that was day one or not (I think they list it as day one). I used the free part I never paid - I think a lot of people use this site.
