Not sure if this is true for everyone, but I had it a little in the beginning and then it went away. Maybe the body needs to get used to the vitamins?

Call your Dr. and ask him/her what you can take.
I know some girls on this site took colace, but maybe the Dr. can suggest something to give you some relief.
Are you drinking a lot of water?
I hope you feel better.

Ive had this problem 3xs so far. You are definitely allowed to take colace 3xs a day BUT of course ask your DR dont listen to me. Mine got bad at times that he had me use an enema. Its embaressing but its worse to have this problem

I've had to use fleet stool softeners because the colace wasn't helping and i was at my wits end...i have been constipated since day one, so i can empathize! nothing to be embarrased about...

I am too but I am trying to eat cereal for breakfast with Fiber in it - I have tried wheaties and Smart Start - maybe that will help. Also, ask your doctor about Benefiber - it is that powder that you add to any drink.

I had that problem during my pregnancy. I took colace, had fiber in the cereal and other food and ate prunes. Hope something works for you.

same here. Had it bad for maybe a week or 2.

You may be able to take milk of magnesia to relieve the pain, then colace to keep it soft. Def call your dr though
Drink lots and lots of water, and get that fiber in ya.
Raisin bran aka azz bran was my only savior. I ate that stuff everyday, and still do to keep myself flowing. I didn't take any meds pg until now for the back up issue.
