Tips on how to stop breastfeeding??

Hi, my DS is a little over 6 months and I've decided that I want to stop BF. Please advise as of how you stopped and share your suggestions and tips.. Thank you..:)

PS:I don't want to wean off...I want to stop. I want to also add that I have been suplemmented since he was 2 months.

with my older dd i just stopped, but my supply had also dropped on its own.

when i was engorged i just pumped a little to take away sting, and adventually it stopped.

you can use cabbage leaves at night in bra.

I BFd for little over 7 mos. Had to stop asap bc of the dr's request(had to be on meds)
I had lots of milk and was BF exclusively -as in BF or pump and bottle feed(pump and bottle feeding part started around 5 months) the day of dr's appt I started not pumping and just BF DD 3 times a day instead of 4-5 for 2-3 days , than came down to 2 times a day, by the end of the week she didn't even want the boobie,lol and I had decreased the milk production at that point by not feeding /pumping as much . She was fine with eating a formula from a bottle. My milk stopped coming just like that. It was really strange that I was able to do it so fast-within a week (even I wasn't anticipating it to be that easy) since I had SOOO much milk, but it worked...
