How much should you tip each guy?

We tipped $50 each guy and there were 3 men.

Our move was 12 hours. 5 guys.
We had snacks in the AM (Coffee, donuts, poweraide, water, chips and nutragrain bars).
We bought them lunch $65 (includes me and DH)
We had snack at the new house (chips, poweraide, water and penutbutter crackers)
And we tipped them $110 each after 12 hours.
These guys were phenominal and every single guy went above and beyond. They earned every penny.
The reccomendation is 20% of the bill as a tip (not including tax).
20% would have been $85 each guy. We bumped it because they were just SO good, and didnt leave till 10pm.
ETA: Have some snacks and water for them. It will be "paid back" 10 fold in their attitude.

I used Men on the Move. I was told to tip $3-5 per person per hour. I ended up tipping more but I don't remember how much more.

We were super cheap. And even now, I think about it and feel horrible. We were so broke after closing that we only gave them $20 for 3 guys. I really didn't have much left so the practicality of it outweighed the shame.
