I do. It's for Vacation Village in the Berkshires, MA. We're looking to sell it. Any interest in buying it from us?

My parents have one through Interval International. DH and I belong to the Disney Vacation Club. Both work on the points system.

We have it through Wyndham Vacation Resorts (formerly Fairfield Resorts). We use it yearly but this year since I am expecting we banked our points and will use it next year. We can exchange through RCI too.

Re: Timeshares
I hear that timeshare values have decreased a lot lately. I would try to buy one off someone rather that buy from the resort itself. We own every other year and it works out great! We can't do a vacation every year, so this way works the best for us. We own with Interval International at Williamsburg Plantation in VA (love our location!)

Timeshares
I have one thru VCI and use my home resort in Cocoa Beach every year for any 2 weeks that is available...it also allows me to get Bonus time which is a discount on rooms but its only avaible 21 days prior to your stay.I love it bc its right on the beach and also has a nice pool and play area for the kids...best thing we did!!!!

You can buy timeshares off people for practically nothing as they usually wouldn't mind unloading just to stop paying the monthly fees. There was an article on a financial blog that said never buy a timeshare "new".

It's possible but we already used this year and have next year booked so I'm not much help there. Sorry!

We own Disney Vacation Club and the Mariott in Myrtle Beach! Love both, but we usually swap out Myrtle Beach for either Hilton Head or the Caribbean!

We have Wyndham as well, they use a points system so if you have points left over they can be banked for the next year. Our first vacation using the time share is in a few weeks...staying in a resort in Pompano Beach for a week and then driving to Orlando for two nights. Hopefully the experience is a good as I expect it to be.
