Tic Tacs are ok, right?
Because they have been really helpful when I feel nauseous. Only thing is, I can eat 10 of them in a row. Maybe I should cut down on the multiple tic tacs, but one or two are ok, right?

You guys are awful  I think she is probably referring to the artificial sweetener in them  In the beginning, whatever helped me not feel like I was going to lose my lunch 24/7, I had. I think it's fine.

Geez, Yes it is a serious question. I ask because I am newly preggo and I dont have the list of things I should eat memorized yet. I know about the fish and cheese but the list of what to and what not to eat seems overwhelming.
Since many of us are 1st timers and probably nervous about everything we put in our mouth, skin, hair, or nails, I thought it would be ok to ask a (yes, a stupid) question.

 I don't think its stupid. I am first time pregnant too and very nervous. I call my doctor a lot- they are nice but probably think I am nuts but thats okay because I need to ask questions-I don't know anything. I think tic tacs are safe for baby - even if its sugar/fake sugar -its not that much - its probably mint flavor right-I can't imagine orange with how I;'ve been feeling  they say peppermint can help nausea - you may find that any peppermint candy will help. tic tacs are so tiny thats why u need 10- a regular round mint will last longer - and you won't go through so many boxes. My husband likes eating a whole box of tic tacs and always gets a stomachache- other than that its fine  Congrats on your pregnancy!

I used to be a big gum chewer but since I have really cut out artificial sweetners, tic tacs are my go to when I want a mint.

Before i had my dd I was literally scared to put anything in my mouth because I wasnt sure if it was bad or not. Tic tacs are fine dont worry sweetie. Another good candy are atomic fire balls they are hot but are great with nausea

I found these made me feel better in the beginning. I had to switch from orange to mint because I would eat the whole container with the orange. LOL
