i havent been on BC in like 8 years so i dont know... if its something directly related to it...
just some things that might be causing it..
are you taking prenatals?
what about anything else that youre doing for ttc?
ETA: i dont know if you know how difficult it was for me to not say something inappropriate lol

i'm not taking prenatals no. i am wondering if it's like CM related (because I had NO CM and never got my period while on BCP)?
ETA: fffffffffffffff youuuuuuuuuuuu do you have ANY idea how difficult it was for me to actually ASK this and you're the only person that's responded?!

Hmmm, well definitely don't feel bad or embarassed...I give him credit for telling you because I'm sure it was embarrassing for him as well! I never experienced this and was on the pill for quite awhile, but then again maybe Dh doesn't know how to tell me! I would suggest maybe going to your GYN because maybe it is an infection or some thing going on....BV would cause an odor. Sorry you are going through this

Dh complained when I went on atkins that it smelled different/off, so perhaps diet? Did you drastically change how you eat?

no but i have gained 20lbs since june when i went off the pill lol.

Out of curiousity, before you guys were TTC, did he, um, finish inside? Because I've noticed a different, no so pleasant scent ever since DH started doing that. Could that be it?
I'm sorry you were embarrassed and your DH will definitely not get any flaming from me because I think it's really nice that he is so open with you!

do you goand pee after sex or let his stuff kind of "simmer" a while?... i think letting it simmer for a long time can cause an oder. make sure you clean up nice and good afterwards (not saying you dont )

I am not sure what could be causing it...I was on BCP and did not have this happen.
Do you take fish oil? I just saw on Dr. OZ how that can cause odor down below...just a thought...random

um WOW yes I do take fish oil. we both do. i wonder if that's what it is!
yes he always finished inside before TTC when I was on BCP
yes I do let it simmer for awhile but i do use babywipes after...
hmmm. ok these are all things i didn't think of - i hope it's something one of you suggested that is easily remedied.
