Throwing out a toilet bowl?
Does anyone know how to dispose of a toilet bowl in the town of Brookhaven? Can we just put it out by the curb??

Our neighbors just renovated and they put bathtubs, toilets, cabinets, etc. outside over a period of several weeks. The bathtub was cut in half, but that might have been just so they could get it outside.
ETA - you could always do what my parents friends did - they took an old toilet bowl and decorated it up for a housewarming gift for one of the group - it became an ongoing joke - whoever moved got the toilet bowl - fixed up as a planter, a gift basket, etc. It went on for years with the recipient keeping it in storage until one of the suckers moved again.
