Thanks..i was on 750 but was ovulating on my own..just started tracking and realized that I am not so i imagine the first thing they will do is up my dose..i dread doubling it..made me so sick to start with!

my stomach was a mess when i first started the 750mg and then after a week I went to 1500mg and my stomach was a mess again. After a week or 2 I was fine. Now I have no problems from it!

I don't really have any symptoms on most days. Some days I feel kinda spacey, but can't be sure its from the metformin. About once a month I get the "I have to get to a bathroom right this very instant" feeling. I've been on Metformin for over 10 years, so I've gotten pretty used to it. I'd say about 2/3 of my BM are loose and have been since I started Met, but it's something you get used to. You may feel a bit queasy at first, I know when I forget to take it for a week (like when on vacation) the first week or so is hard, but manageable. I just think about how much weight I'm losing by not wanting to eat and/or going to the bathroom all the time. I'm the eternal optimist!
