Those that take Elderberry Syrup
When you feel yourself coming down with something how much/how often do you take it?
The bottle I have says 1 teaspoon up to every 2 hours.
How much do you take to try to fend something off?

Those that take Elderberry Syrup
When I feel like I'm coming down with something, I try to take it 3 times a day. If not, at least 2 times (in the morning and at night). I"m at work all day and I'm not carrying around my mason jar (I made my own syrup) all day, lol. But I have read you can take it every 2-4 hours. But, ain't nobody got time for that! ;)
eta: I take 1 Tbsp

If I get a scratchy throat or just on a whim. I have the 5000mg/tsp dose and I take a tbsp. 1x per day.
And 3000mg vit c 3 x per day too if I feel something coming on.

Yeah mine is tsp too, but I figure a tbsp. is 2.5 tsp so I just do one dose once a day.

4 teaspoons daily. I also drink extra green juice and that works wonders too !

My stomach won't allow the fruits and veges 
but I will get on the water and the vitamins!

if I am really sick 2 more
I fought of the sickness everyone has this way- and I only got sick b/c I got stuck in FL cause of the snow and ran out! never again!

I think some brands are more concentrated than others - I noticed this when I was looking at them in the store. That could be why some do tsp and some tbsp. Feel better!
