Those on WW who attend meetings or weigh in...
do you find yourself obsessed with your weigh-in book? I totally am! I take it out and like stare at it once or twice a day...how much weight I've lost (or gained) for the week, the total weight loss, my different weights, whatever. Is anyone else with me on this or do I have a problem?

You're not the only one!! In fact, I still have the books from all the times I've joined and quit and I like to take it out now and then and compare how much I weigh now to what I weighed 3 years ago etc.
