for all of us who obsessively weigh ourselves
ever since i started WW. before my wedding. i cant stop weighing my self. about 3 times a week. its crazy!!! BUT....i have noticed somthing that has been consistant. 3 days before my AF i drop 1-1.5lbs. the day before or the day of my AF i gain 2lbs. FUNNY HUH??? i always know when AF is coming because of this.

when i was on ww, i was weighing myself like crazy. i told my DH to hide the scale from me

DH always tells me that he is going to take away the scale - but I recently read an article that said that people who weigh themselves all the time tend to do better with weight loss because they are constantly checking on it!

When I am watching, I weigh daily. I use it as a guage but I don't get too freaked by the swings as long as there is a downward trend.
