21 weeks this week. To be honest, teaching yoga is fine, but my daily practice is getting harder because my belly gets in the way when I step to the top of my mat in the flow. LOL. Just getting harder to move freely when practicing yoga overall, but it does feel so good and I know it's great that I continue. Of course, it's frustrating to not do some of the poses I love because they are not as safe, but it's for a good reason!

Sitting, standing, eating, shaving, walking, sleeping, you name it.

oh man i remember those days... i used to feel like i got hit with a horse tranquilizer i was so damn tired!!!
