This recommendation is long overdue - Exit Realty

I posted on this board a while back about my frustration finding a home and realtors I worked with. Some realtors on here found my comments offensive, however, one realtor on here saw an opportunity to help.

Arthur Hasher from Exit Realty did an excellent job of listening to my frustrations, concerns and our needs... and his negotiation skills were key in getting us into our new house. He took my husband and I to many houses, several times he actually pointed out shortcomings of some homes as he was really looking out for us. As a buyer that is very hard to find. He even scheduled many repeat visits as needed due to our schedules and the fact that I don't buy a house or make an offer without my father looking at it. In the end our house has the layout, neighborhood and property of our dream house, but will take some time and work to get it there, but the reality is had the house been optimal in this neighborhood and all it would have been several hundred thousand more than it was, past experience tells me in 5 years this house will look nothing like it does now, we've been down this road before but our old house maxed out in value much lower than our new one. Hence we have been crazy busy with updating the house and cleaning it up, not to mention the wonderful winter storms that started a week after we moved in delaying a lot of projects. I will never move again, but definitely never in the winter - LOL.
