this must be the morning sickness part
I tried to trick myself into thinking I could avoid this symptom.
It hit me like a ton of bricks. I threw up before work, then I had to run out the door at 5 exactly so I could throw up again in a plastic bag in the car.
Please tell me if there is anything I can take for this - and how long does it last.

go to motherhood or BRU.... they have these things called preggie pops.... they were my SAVING GRACE....
i also sipped flat room temp Coca-Cola which helped too....

Eat small meals... That was the only thing that helped me.

Earth Mama Angel Baby sells a morning sickness tea that is a godsend! I send it to lots of friends who swear by it!
I also had acupuncture which cured my queasiness, I never got MS.
