my husband responded to a call a few months ago where the woman rolled over her baby and killed it. The part that got him the most is that this is the second time she did it! Needless to say, he tells all new moms this story b.c it really bugged him- and we will NEVER

Molly slept with us at various times, but we followed the co-sleeping rules for the most part. I don't care if others want to do it or agree with it, but for us it worked.

I am too afraid to try this.....when we are tired, we are tired and I know both of us will sleep much better if the baby is safe in its own space!

From his description of her I doubt she made it up but you never know I guess. ETA that most people in his precinct that he responds to have an entire family and even sometimes extended family sleeping in a one bedroom apt. so I'm not sure co-sleeping was by choice.
btw this also just happened a month ago in Indiana
