This is it...UPDATED (5/23)
Tomorrow I am spending all day with my dad, & Gracie. Tomorrow night I will be hanging out with DH.
Thursday morning at 7AM I will be in NY Columbia Presbyterian Hospital having my valve replacement and maze operation. I will be on the bypass machine (AKA pump machine) for 5.5 hours. I will be in ICU for two days and the hospital for seven. I have a rare heart defect and although this surgery is not a 100% cure, it might work at buying me time (I hope A LOT of it).
I am nervous, but hopeful. To be honest, I'm petrified of the pain of this surgery, especially the intubation (for the two days I will be in the ICU).
If you believe in prayer, DH, Gracie & I could use all you are willing to give. Please pray this works for me, otherwise I am looking at a heart transplant. Please pray that they give me drugs that will work for pain and keep me VERY comfortable. Hugs and good vibes will be accepted too! 
Thanks everyone for being there for me, listening to my "vents", and giving hugs when I need to have my spirits lifted.

I will pray for you with all I've got. I remember you were "there" for me when I was going through some heart complications and I was very grateful for your kind words. I will pray for a successful surgery & your speedy recovery. God bless.

Kelly, Thank you. This is just what I needed to hear. Being Gracie's role model and a great mom is one of the things I strive for everyday. You have no idea how much these words mean to me.

Dina, as I said earlier we will be praying hard for you for a successful surgery and an easy recovery!
You are strong and positive, and when you are done with this we will have our celebratory GTG
