Things to do in Boston in winter
I'm taking my daughter up to see a few colleges during February break and we wanted to do some fun things in Boston. I know its cold out though. Does anyone have any suggestions for things we could see or do there? Anyone been to the Skywalk?

I LOVED the Freedom Trail walk. Salem isn't too far and a fun little town to visit.

Walk the freedom trail
If you're into baseball or even if you're not do a Fenway Park tour. They do it in the winter and it's great! I'm not a big fan, but loved the history of it and had a great guide
Great restaurants there. We loved the Chart House
You can take a brewery tour (even though your DD is underage they still will do a tour, but she can't do a tasting). There's Harpoon and Same Adams. We went to Harpoon and took our kids (7 and 5) LOL
We were just there winter break so everything was open. It's cold walking around, but not too bad and the subways were real easy to get around.
Science Museum was great, but she may be too old for it. There's a art museum I wanted to see, but didn't get a chance.

We were just there in December. We took the kids to play on the playground in Boston Commons. There was also an ice skating rink right next to it if you're interested. I think it was called "Frog Pond".
We walked around Quincy Market (and the surrounding shopping area) and while there is lots of food, I recommend eating elsewhere in the area. Quincy is really just a big food court, we ended walking around the block and found an awesome pub with great food. So much better IMO.
We also took them to the Boston Children's Museum. If you happen to have a membership at the LI Children's Museum admission to the BCM is free..............museum reciprocity.
We also walked a little bit of the Freedom Trail with them.
