The walking dead...anyone watching?
Here's my issue so far. It's Georgia in the summer. How are they they starving? Have they ever heard of foraging? I don't get it.

True...didn't think of that. And they showed that jail at the very end of the last episode. It took them 6 months to get there?

Yeah, I was shocked about them skipping the winter. I was actually curious about how a change of season would affect the zombies.
I remember seeing some stuff on the talking dead last season that the prison was going to be the scariest stuff yet.
I don't want to make a spoiler but holy crap I cannot believe what just happened at the end!

i kind of felt like it was just OK. we will see.
I didn't even think about the baby being stillborn and being a zombie  not looking forward to that birth scene being 26w pregnant

I thought it was a good episode...very action packed!

I don't love that they skipped showing how they survived the winter.
But I do love how they are all coming together as a team, working everyone's strengths and protecting their weaknesses.
Rick looks weak...very skinny...when he was sitting against the wall you could see it.
The ending...HOLY SHIT indeed! I was squirming and gasping and yelling at the TV

LOVED it. So glad Rick finally grew a pair and isn't taking any of Lori's crap. She reallllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy got on my last nerve in season 2.
I kind of like that Carl's a "big boy" now and not just being lame and causing problems.

If they killed off Lori, I'd be absolutely fine with it. She is such an annoying twit and I hope her baby eats her from the inside out.

this had me going  too because i was like didn't they see this at the end of the last season! but i loved that they explained that the whole state is basically over run with walkers and that they have to keep circling back. i am assuming they don't have enough gas to drive somewhere further, like another state? They don't talk about the rest of the US much and i wonder what every other state is going through - like more of the same?

i was thinking about this all of last season! that if the baby dies, would it already be bron with this virus and would it eat her inside out!!!!!

OMMGGGGGG!!!!!! i couldn't stand Lori in the last season! causing trouble left and right and then thinking she was right about everything! She caused half the problems in the group to begin with!

i don't think they really know who's baby this is going to be, although Rick thinks of it as his no matter what.
and basically, she was the one that caused Shane to act out because he thought he would be a better man for Lori than Rick - which eventually lef Rick to kill Shane. Rick has to live with knowing he killed his best friend.

I knew that walker that was onthe ground at the end wasn't dead! and as soon as Hershel walked over him i knew something bad would happen! I can't wait to see if he is actually dead or not because it looked like he may have passed out at the end...but more importantly...did anyone else see the other inmates at the end WHO WEREN'T DEAD!!!!!! Holy cow!!!!!!!!! i wonder how long they have been stuck there for and how they have been surviving!!!

I thought it was good, although a lot of stuff wasn't a surprise for me. Ive read the comics, and although it was supposed to be Dale who got bit and got his leg chopped off, I guess they are changing things up by using different characters. The inmates who are alive were in the comic too. It's very interesting to see what they add/leave out/change character from the comics. I'm most excited to see how they are going to portray the governor. He's one sick puppy in the comics.

AND how is cutting off herschel's leg going to save him? In the past, a scratch was enough to do them in. He lost half his lower calf muscle ... isn't he done for?
It wasn't like BITE and two seconds later they hacked his leg, it took minutes. That blood circulated past the bite. If he lives, that makes no sense.

very good point! they did mention the water supply and how it could become contaminated! although, honestly, would boiling water really get rid of zombie virus?
