The plot thickens...
So immediately after we got the first offer on the house another offer came in this afternoon, at $360!!! We counteroffered at $378k and now we wait.
AND we just got word that the bank is working on our offer on the short sale, they like it, and will likely accept it.
This is moving just WAY too quickly!
