The Official LIF Weight Watchers tracker thread

I thought it might be helpful to have a thread that we can use as a tracker.

If you do WW online, you probably don't need this. I don't and I have a hard time tracking on paper.

I thought this might be a good place for us to track our daily points.

So, if anyone else wants to, feel free!

Breakfast:
Toasted everything bagel thin and three egg whites-2 points.

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pizza-7 points.

For dinner-2 FF hot dogs and 2 buns, and beans (also 6 points).

Evening dessert-3 point WW cookie sundae.

10 noodles (i kept tasting DD's pasta)-1 point.

1 eggo mini pancake-1 point (these were also DD's, couldn't resist grabbing one off her plate this morning)

Had some leftover points so I added in a bagel thin with lowfat chive and onion CC for 4 points.

ETA: added in actual point use-changed up a little from this afternoon.

I just posted on the other thread...but ill post again:

B: 1 cup chocolate cheerios (OMG Yumm!!), 1 cup skim milk (4pts)

S: Yoplait light yogurt (2pts)

L: 2 pieces chicken cutlet (3pts) (made with egg whites and whole wheat bread crumbs) and homemade pasta salad (smart taste pasta) (3pts)

S: orange

D: will have WW recipe Asian Sesame Noodles (3pts per serving) and im adding grilled chicken (3pts)

Allowed for 2 pts for some snack on afternoon. Not sure what yet.

Breakfast
3 egg whites...slice WW cheese on everything bagel thin w/ OJ-5pts

I never ate lunch but had a bunch of snacks

Fiber One bar-1pt

pudding w/ cool whip-3pts

Dinner
Smart One ziti-6pts

Just had Fiber One cereal-6pts

I'll have an ice cream cone later for 2pts

turkey breast (the thin sliced shaved deli kind)-2 points

2 cereal bars-4 points

turkey sausage and peppers over rice-I think 6 points but I'll check when I get home and update later.

7 points to splurge today-it's DHs birthday so I may use it for a small piece of ice cream cake.

That's not horrible-only 23 points. Even if that is over your daily point allotment that is good if you count your weekly allowanceChat Icon

Brought lunch again:

turkey meat-2 points

I have 2 cereal bars for snacks-4 points

for dinner, I am planning either left over turkey sausage and peppers or a lean cuisine pizza-each 7 points.

This leaves me 6 points. Not sure how to use them yet...

I grabbed a quick turkey/merita roll sandwich for 3 points and a WW ice cream for 3 points.

Put a fork in me-I am done. Hungry, but done!

6/4-today and tomorrow are going to be rough. Tonight we are doing Movies in the Park which is usually a snack fest for us. I have a game plan but I'm still concerned.

Tomorrow I'm bringing the kids to a birthday party and I need to stay away from the pizza and cake. Tomorrow night DH and I are going to Ruth Chris for his birthday dinner-I've prepared by looking at the menu and deciding what I am going to have (BBQ shrimp and a grilled tomato app). I think these are good choices all things considered but I can't find exact nutritional content anywhereChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

So-for today:
egg whites on an everything bagel thin-2 pts.

Iced coffee from star bucks-no flavoring, but 2 points for skim milk.

2 turkey sandwiches on merita rolls-6 points.

1 cereal bar-2 points.

Bringing 2 more turkey sandwiches to the movie tonight-6 points.


Bringing pretzels to the movie-no more than 6 points worth (which I think is 54 pretzels).

Yeah, I think it must be a different brand-these ones are 2 points, but I've had others that are less.

Made easy chicken parm last night-7 points. Since I didn't have many points for pasta, I sliced up a tomato and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette for 0 points.

Had a WW dessert-3 points
Had 3 cookies-3 points

1 cottage cheese-2 points
1 bite of a noodle side dish-1 point.

Over, but only by 1 point so that will come from my extras.

Lunch-this will be tough. Going out to a recognition luncheon at work. Have to take a look at the menu and stick to grilled items. I'll be conservative with my points today to make up for it. I plan to have a very light dinner and no morning snack.

I bought those bagel thins but I would have to toast them in my cafeteria and they may get mad!

Veggie egg white omelet. mushrooms, onions and tomatoes and hot sauce! 1 pt
2 pieces rye 1 tsp peanut butter 3.5 pts

peach 1 pt

lunch will be 3/4 cup rice and 1 pc BBQ chicken thigh with no skin. 6 pts. salad with light italian dressing 1 pt

don't know about dinner but will update later.
