The no cry sleep solution
My dd will be 10 months in a couple of days and is giving me a hard time going to bed. She does fine with her two naps a day, generally about 1-2 hour naps. Bed time is 8-830 and she fights me...she is strong willed about not going to bed lol...you would think the world is ending and then I pick her up and she's smiling at me.
Any advice? Did anyone read the no cry sleep solution? Was it helpful?
I'm not big on CIO for long periods of time. I will allow it for five to seven minutes and that worked for dd1. This little cutie is super persistent. The interesting thing is, now that she fights sleep, once she is sleeping she has been sleeping through the entire night, she was waking twice before this.

Re: The no cry sleep solution
I never tried the no cry sleep solution. One night I started a new routine and it took 2 nights and after that no problems going to bed. After her last bottle we go into her room, I put on soft music and we read a couple books. Then we rock for a few minutes, turn off the lights and in the crib she goes (awake). She will look for her teddy, rolls over and stays there. The first night she cried for 5 minutes, the next night 2 minutes and then no cyring after that. Good luck!
